PRODUCT RANGE and STANDARTS
The range of 100-140 mm square steel billets and
8-50 mm round & deformed bars are produced with
the 0.08%-0.60% carbon range.
TS, DIN, EN, ASTM, JIS, BS, AFNOR, CSA, SI, NS,
UNI, UNE, ELOT, GOST, SS, AS,...
(Capable of producing the world reinforcing steel
standarts).

PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
Scrap preheating, 100 tons of capacity 120 MVA
powered UHP type Electric Arc Furnace, 100 tons
of capacity 12 MVA powered ladle furnace with full
automatic alloying, walking beam reheating furnace,
continuous casting, continuous rolling with speed
32 m/h, thermex system, automatic packing.
